  • Canada: Exchange service is available at the customer’s responsibility.
  • USA: No exchange or return service is available.

WE ARE ONLINE ONLY, NO STORE, NO PICK UP OPTION. 

Please note that we do not operate on Saturdays and Sundays. OR ALL CANIDIAN & ISLAMIC HOLOIDAYS (EID ALADHA & EID AL-FITR). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed within 24 hours once we resume on Monday.

Exchange Policy - for CANADA only– Farah Boutique: 

**If we contact you back and confirm the exchange and we do not receive a response within 1-2 days, and you didn't proceed with sending the package, the exchange request will be considered canceled.

**YOU HAVE TO CONTACT US WITHIN 1-2 DAYS MAX OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE.

**Sale/Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

*Exchanges are available only for New items. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. 

 If you prefer, you can contact us and we can purchase a return label for you at a discounted rate — the label cost will be deducted from your store credit once the return is processed.

*Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For exchanges, items must be shipped within 2 days of receiving the label or address, otherwise the exchange will be canceled.

*DONT SHIP ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT ASKING FOR THR CORRECT ADRESS.

*Any item without its original label or showing signs of wear will be shipped back to you and will not be eligible for exchange or return.

*Exchange is allowed only once per order.
No exchanges after the first exchange.

Please note that returns and exchanges ARE NOT AVAILABLE for customers outside Canada, including the USA.

FOR WORLD WIDE SHIPPING:
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE, IT MAY BE COSTUME FROM YOUR SIDE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

**If a package is reported lost, please note that shipping is handled by the carrier and is outside of our control. We will promptly open an investigation on your behalf. Kindly allow seven (7) business days for the carrier to complete the investigation and confirm the loss.

**If a package is lost and confirmed as lost, the customer will be compensated with store credit that can be used at any time.

Refunds are not available in this case.
